In 2021, the dial of the Explorer, together with that of the Explorer II, was the first to benefit from an improved Chromalight display. Over time, the Explorer has benefited from the technical advances incorporated into Rolex watch movements, including the Parachrom hairspring, Chronergy escapement and Paraflex shock absorbers.
I've seen noob being the best but my 2 questions are, will the movement fit inside without any custom modifications and does the blue on the bezel look a little off from the gen, or is it just the lighting?
I haven't been playing reps during the Noob V10/V11 days but with my limited research and also the couple of times i've looked at them. They're not good by todays .
My Rolex GMT Master II 116710LN Noob V11. Great looking watch and seems to be accurate to +/- 2sec per day Purchased from Trusty Time and no problems as always, great QC and quick .

Getting To Know The Place. Crystal is not nearly close to gen yet. the "structural" side of the rep is so close to gen that is "almost" not worth investing in that. We already got a CF bezel that is basically genlike, they must now invest in a genlike crystal, since it's the furthest aspect from gen. I have posted a topic told everyone that a new rep Submariner 116610LN from ZZF is going to release soon 2 days ago, and we were preparing a deep review about it, comparison vs. Gen, ARF, Noob and Nail as well.

In GMT-Master II field, Noob factory also has a lot of competitors such as V9, GM, etc., compared with these factories, Noob has their own . Bezel: 8.5 - Gen's engraving is a bit deeper and the color is slightly silver. Rep and gen has 24 clicks but the gen adjustments are consistent through-out. Gen is also quieter when adjusting. My old sub-rep from Josh (7 years old and still works perfect) can't compare with this Noob v7 (well, maybe the dials are pretty similar). And 7 years ago that rep was considered top-notch. I've added comparison pictures but they don'r really justify the difference between them i . So I did a fast review with rep VS gen. Pics are by far not perfect and could not highlight the differences as much as I liked. So far the flaws - 12, 6 and 9 markers are way of.. They are too thick and this is next to each other very noticable. - hourmarkers are off, the rep ones are to big not .
