I recently acquired a Datejust with a cal. 1570 movement, circa 1977. Am I correct to assume there is no quick-set feature? And the big question: will I damage the movement setting it backwards (like if today is the 30th but the date on the watch indicates the 5th)? Yes those old 1570's run and run.
