The small loulou definitely fits more than the mini puffer. I would say 1.5x more (maybe a little more than that too). I have the mini puffer for spring summer, and the small puffer for fall/winter. The small puffer is more on par with the small loulou, although the puffer fits a bit more since there’s no divider pocket.
