It's not natural wear and tear, it's a known manufacturing issue. Goyard know and don't care (they have other issues too, apart from cracking straps, your white will likely discolour pretty fast). They will give you the runaround for months and charge you a fortune for a repair. Bought my Goyardine Green Anjou Mini at the highland park village location in Dallas tx in the summer of 2018. I rarely used it up until recently. After using it as my “main bag” for the past few months, I started to notice damage on the handles. The bag has dimension 13.25in length of the base of the bag, 5.5in depth of the base of the bag, and 10.5in height of the bag without the handle. The handle drop is 7in . As I searched online, some sources say 11″ W x 19″ H x 6″ D but those don’t match up to what I see when I measure my own bag.
