I was at a local antique flea market last weekend, and I am always on the lookout for watches (but with only rare success). I ran across a vendor with a few watches and a tag jumped out at me that said 'Rolex Yacht Master - ' and of course I knew that something was up and the dealer had written clearly on the tag 'This is not a real Rolex'.Fake can be really common in places - I've seen more fakes for sale in flea markets than real ones. I'n general, the more educated you are on the subject the more confident you can be to buy at a high risk venue. I'd say flea markets would be about as risky as it gets.
